A Metal Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling metal building products and survives to potential clients. This role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, providing product knowledge and guidance and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in metal building sales is a MUST for this position.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through carious channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer needs, including their project requirements, budgets, timeline and design preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers to develop comprehensive and accurate project proposal and quotes
• Present and demonstrate metal building products and services to potential customers, showcasing their features, benefits, and customization options.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-=to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Proven experience in metal building sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building successful customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of metal building systems, components, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to metal buildings.
